Missed Appointments

There is a $50 charge for missed appointments.  We understand that emergencies arise, but we require a cancellation call by 7 PM the night before your scheduled service.

Returned Check Fee

A $30 RETURN CHECK FEE will apply to any payment, via check, that is returned for insufficient funds.  Please understand that our financial institution places this fee upon us, and we, in turn, must recoop this fee.

An adult must be present

We will not perform any pest service unless an adult is present.  Please make sure that someone is there, AGE !8 or ABOVE, that will be there when we arrive to provide your service.

We do not keep keys for Residential Properties as we do not want to be held responsible for any reason.  We do, however, keep keys for COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES that are vacant only.
